Coming out of the Fog

Hello everyone. Remember me? I'm the 2nd author on this blog, and one that seems to have gone MIA for awhile. I apologize for dropping off the face of the earth. Thanks to my dear husband for sporadically filling in this month.

The past two months have been an absolute roller coaster of emotions for us. I won't share all of the details, but we are not the same people we were two months ago. We have laughed together and shared joys, we have wept and groaned, but we have done it all together. I'm grateful for the support of my husband through this roller coaster ride.

My motivation to blog was non-existent the past month, but I am starting to come out of the fog. The tears no longer come as frequently, and we are starting to see the light (hope) through the fog. I know it will take awhile for the fog to lift, but it is no longer all-consuming. I have stories to post and pictures to upload. I am back! My motivation is coming back.

The Advent season starts tomorrow, and with it comes the anticipation and hope of the coming Lord Jesus. We are beginning to prepare our hearts and home for the birth of Christ. I am excited for the Christmas season this year.
