Carrot recipes?
When we ordered 25 pounds of carrots last week for $8.50 from Bountiful Baskets, I don't think either of us was expecting the pick up to look like this:
Have you ever seen such a huge bag of carrots before? We hadn't. We were a little worried because each of the carrots was huge, not your average carrot size as we are used to from the one pound bags.
I was worried about the insides not being good, but so far the ones that we have eaten have tasted just as good as the smaller versions. So...anyone have any good carrot recipes? If we had a juicer, now would be the time to get hooked on carrot juice!

I usually use baby food carrots for carrot bars, but I suppose you could use real ones. I also like to cut up carrots and boil them, then add butter and brown sugar.
